General Terms and Conditions
The indicated prices include the legal value added tax but do not include the costs of delivery and are to be paid by in advance.
By placing your order you make an offer to Job-TransFair gemeinnützige GmbH to conclude a purchase contract. You will then receive an email confirming that we received your order and summarising all the details of your order. This order confirmation does not mean that we have accepted your offer. This order confirmation does not yet lead to an acceptance of your offer.
A contract with you comes into existence only at the time when we dispatch the ordered goods to you. You will then receive a shipping confirmation by us containing the contract text, which can be saved both by us and by you.
During the order process you can delete selected products at any time by clicking the button “entfernen” (remove). Also, you can remove all or individual products from the order in the summary of the shopping cart and the data you entered at any time before you confirm the order with binding effect. Your order becomes binding only once you click the button „kostenpflichtig bestellen“ (confirm order with binding effect).
The contract language is German. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded. The English version of the contract is for information purposes only.
This purchase contract is governed by Austrian law, and – unless you are a consumer – Vienna, Austria, is agreed on as the place of jurisdiction.
